**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate **BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) Trainer** to deliver engaging and industry-relevant training sessions to our learners. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing participants’ knowledge and employability skills within the BFSI sector through effective training delivery, mentoring, and assessment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interactive training sessions on **Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance** concepts.
- Deliver both **online and classroom sessions** as per the training schedule.
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Evaluate trainees’ performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Support participants with **interview preparation, skill-building, and domain knowledge.**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends, policies, and practices in the BFSI industry.
- Coordinate with the program team for training delivery, attendance, and progress reports.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in **Commerce, Finance, Business Administration**, or related fields.
- Minimum **2 years of experience** as a BFSI Trainer or in the BFSI sector.
- Strong understanding of **banking operations, financial products, insurance principles**, and regulatory framework.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable delivering sessions both **in-person and online.**:

- Certification in BFSI or related domain (preferred but not mandatory).

**Compensation**:

- Freelance / session-based payment structure.
- Compensation based on experience and session duration.
