- Reports to the Centre Manager.
- Must have a sound understanding of the curriculum and completion of curriculum.
- Assist Centre Manager in various tasks.
- Completion of Assessments as per the time-lines.
- Completion of syllabus/Curriculum in the prescribed time period.
- Should be able to handle youth from the age group of 18 to 30.
- Data compilation and reporting to the Centre Manager.
- Maintaining attendance of the students.
- Helping students in the classroom activities.
- Responsible for Conduct all the BPO related activities in Classroom
- .Facilitating discussions on current topics and classroom display.
- Coordinate with the Placement Coordinator to facilitate students for placements.
- Support in Mobilization and placements of students (Field/Calling/Documentation).
- Work on case studies of students before and after placement.
- Maintaining proper decorum and discipline in the class.
- Maintaining the hygiene and safety of the BPO lab and classroom equipment of the centre.
- Perform any other tasks provided by Centre Manager/Senior officials.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 18 - 24 per week

Schedule:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- BPO Trainer: 2 years (preferred)
