**Designation**: Sales and Support Specialist (Customer Happiness Department)

Expected work schedule:
To spend around 2-4 hours per day on chat support, 1 hour on webinar, and around 3 hours on outbound calling.

**Skills and Responsibilities**
- Excellent motivational skills and works well with a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Knowledge of sales practices and the most efficient customer service techniques
- Preferably from an English medium background. Prior BPO experience would add advantage.
