**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers.
- Demonstrate proficiency in basic computer operations and keyboard use.
- Address customer concerns with a positive and diplomatic approach.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
- Organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Quickly learn and adapt to new processes and software.
- Meet sales targets and deadlines.
- Maintain reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to work ethics.
- Handle stress and remain composed under pressure.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Brief experience in cold calling and cellular sales.
- Proficiency with keyboard and basic computer operations.
- Problem-solving skills with a positive and diplomatic attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of CRM software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Quick learner with adaptability to new processes and software.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed work ethic.
- Ability to handle stress and remain composed under pressure.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift

**Experience**:

- Cold calling: 1 year (preferred)
