- Key Responsibilities

- Infrastructure Management: Manage the company's IT infrastructure, including network systems, software development, and data architecture.
- Innovation & Adoption: Evaluate new technologies, tools, and platforms to improve efficiency, enhance products/services, and maintain a competitive edge.
- Budget Management: Develop and maintain the IT budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Security & Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee processes for data protection, quality assurance, and cybersecurity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate technology strategies and initiatives to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives and employees.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the implementation of IT projects, particularly those aimed at improving customer experience and satisfaction.

- Problem-Solving: The aptitude to identify and resolve complex technological and business issues.
- Business Acumen: The ability to perform cost-benefit and ROI analyses and understand market needs.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is typically required, often with a graduate degree or relevant experience as a plus.
