Our goal is to enhance accessibility, affordability, and patient engagement with cutting-edge biomedical innovations. we seek a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification to lead our financial operations and fundraising efforts. Job Summary: As the CFO, you will be responsible for managing TruVita Wellness’s financial health, securing funding, ensuring compliance, and optimizing financial operations to drive sustainable growth. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to execute financial strategies, investor relations, and business expansion plans. Key Responsibilities: Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute financial strategies that support business growth and profitability. Fundraising & Investor Relations: Lead fundraising efforts for TruVita Wellness India, including venture capital, private equity, and strategic investments. Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize cash flow and profitability. Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with Indian GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory requirements. Regulatory Compliance & Taxation: Ensure compliance with SEBI, RBI, GST, and corporate tax laws. Cost Optimization & Efficiency: Implement cost-control measures, optimize financial operations, and improve ROI on investments. Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Evaluate potential M&A opportunities and strategic partnerships for business expansion. Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing finance team to support the company’s growth. Key Requirements: Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory. An MBA in Finance or CFA is a plus. Experience: 10+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in healthcare, technology, telemedicine, or startups. Fundraising & Capital Management: Proven experience in raising capital (VC, PE, debt financing, IPO). Financial & Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indian financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance. Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze financial data, identify growth opportunities, and optimize financial performance. Technology & AI Exposure: Experience working with AI-driven or tech-enabled business models is a plus. ERP & Financial Software: Proficiency in financial tools (SAP, QuickBooks, Tally, or other ERP systems). Preferred Experience: Experience in healthtech, fintech, or AI-driven startups. Prior exposure to fundraising, IPOs, or financial structuring for a growing company. Strong network with investors, venture capitalists, and financial institutions. Pay: ₹42,256.24 - ₹154,044.90 per month
