**Job Role:

- UX Designer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the end-to-end product design process, from research to final UI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to create intuitive and visually compelling designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in **Figma, Adobe XD, and other relevant tools**.
- Ensure consistency in visual design, branding, and user experience across multiple platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in UX, UI, and AI-driven design tools.
- Effectively communicate design concepts and decisions to clients and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- **3 to 5 years of experience** in UX and product design.
- Proven track record of working across multiple domains such as **Healthcare, AI, SaaS, HR, and other industries**.
- Proficiency in **Figma, Adobe XD, AI-powered graphic design tools**, and other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of user research, UX best practices, and design systems.
- Ability to translate complex problems into simple and elegant user experiences.
- Excellent **English communication skills** with experience in **client discussions and presentations**.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a problem-solving mindset.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, React knowledge is a plus).
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design best practices.
