About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and creative UX Designer with at least 4 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our products, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver outstanding digital experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance and polish designs.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Test and iterate on designs based on user data and feedback.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices, integrating them into operations and activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 4 years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio of design projects.
- Proficiency in visual design and wireframing tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach with the ability to take on feedback and make improvements.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
