**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors, and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps to visualize design concepts and iterate on ideas with stakeholders.
- Design visually engaging user interfaces that align with brand identity and meet usability standards using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Ensure smooth navigation and design interactive elements, including animations and transitions, to enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate with developers, marketing, and content teams to ensure accurate implementation and a cohesive design language.
- Perform usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to improve user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, and share insights with the team.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer (1+ year).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic understanding is a plus).
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creativity and openness to feedback.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
