**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand product requirements and user needs through research and data analysis.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups that illustrate user interactions.
- Design visually appealing and intuitive UI elements for web, mobile, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with developers to implement designs with pixel-perfect precision.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve design solutions.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries.
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and responsive design principles.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience with user research, persona creation, and usability testing.
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and design for inclusivity.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
