**We are looking for a motivated and result-driven **Sales Executive / Business Development Manager (BDM)** to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and close deals for our exhibition and event fabrication services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential clients from various industries who participate in exhibitions and trade shows.
- Pitch our services including stall design & fabrication, branding solutions, and event setups.
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, operations) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote our services and meet prospects.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in exhibitions, events, or advertising industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to understand client requirements and present appropriate solutions.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
