**Role Overview**

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized **Project Coordinator** to support ARBT’s Australia-based project delivery teams. This role requires exceptional communication skills, particularly in written and spoken English, to manage coordination tasks across multiple stakeholders in a remote, fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary point of contact between ARBT’s Australian project teams and Liveserve’s offshore team in Chennai.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, documentation, and communication across multidisciplinary teams.
- Prepare and manage meeting agendas, minutes, task trackers, and project updates with clarity and precision.
- Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and documentation.
- Support document control processes, drawing submissions, and version tracking using project management tools.
- Assist in scheduling client meetings, preparing reports, and tracking project performance metrics.
- Help ensure adherence to project deadlines, quality standards, and delivery protocols.
- Identify and escalate project risks or issues promptly to the project manager.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of coordination processes and documentation templates.

**Role Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role, preferably in the construction, engineering, or design sectors.
- **Excellent written and verbal English communication skills** with a high level of professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with construction workflows, design documentation, or prefabrication processes is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a remote and multicultural environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
