**Key Responsibility Area**

1. Any time trial making, even on Saturday

2. Application Samples Labelling, Packaging, with dates and all details, and keeping them safely

3. Measuring and Noting down each an every trials parameters, time, temperature, height, weight, pH all before and after processing; measuring and proper addition of target samples ( flavors, seasoning, baking powder, cocoa powder, stabilizer etc.) and mentioning all sources and details for target samples.

5. Record keeping of utensils and apparatus and update of their stocks and cleaning details. Monthly stock submission of apparatus and utensils.

7. Full support with complete cooperation and coordination with total sample departments for sample arrangement, packing of any samples.

8. Purchase of lab raw materials and packaging materials; write & submit their vouchers on time.

9. Support for any local sample dispatch or collection if other office staffs are not available (on request from department)

10. If repeat of old trial, write the recipe freshly and execute trial.

11. Daily Reporting

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Chef: 3 years (preferred)
