- Responsible for handling of area key and to ensure that secured storage areas are accessed by authorized personnel’s only.
- Responsible for receipt of material and product as per current SOP.
- Responsible to ensure batch wise segregation of all materials, safe and secure storage as per the status and required storage conditions of material and product.
- Responsible for periodic calibration of all weighing balances in receipt and dispensing areas.
- Responsible to ensure periodic stamping of weighing balances and standard Weights.
- Responsible for physical stock verification and reconciliation of materials, initiation of stock adjustment note and after approval posting in SAP.
- Responsible for handling of Rejected/Expired materials printed packaging materials, controlled substances, Returned & Recalled Products.
- Responsible to ensure the initiation of MDN’s and proper disposal of the material and product.
- Responsible for sending materials as per the requirement to other manufacturing locations against STO.
- Responsible for handling of data loggers (Digital device like Ebro, Testo, and Solo etc.) and printing, review and storage of environmental condition data.
- Responsible for to ensure effective cleaning, pest control and to maintain hygienic conditions in warehouse.

- Responsible for initiation and review of deviation, change control, investigations, CAPA etc. in Track wise system and timely closer.
- Responsible for supporting in review and execution of validation protocols and reports like temperature mapping activity. Responsible for updation of records to meet cGMP and regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for initiation of purchase requisition in SAP for consumable items
