**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Engagement**: Conduct outreach to identify and engage potential customers in industries like retail, hospitality, and food services.
- **Solution Selling**: Understand client requirements, demonstrate product capabilities, and recommend tailored POS solutions.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Schedule meetings with qualified leads, follow up promptly with unresponsive prospects, and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- **Client Relationships**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
- **CRM Utilization**: Leverage CRM tools to track and manage interactions, automate follow-ups, and gain insights into lead behavior.
- **Market Insights**: Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
- **Performance Tracking**: Analyze the effectiveness of lead sources and track key sales metrics to optimize performance.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (3+ years preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure sales performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in SaaS-based solutions, ERP, or POS sales.
- Knowledge of modern POS integrations (e.g., payment gateways, inventory management).
- Familiarity with industries like retail, hospitality, and food services.
