Logistics Dispatcher(3+ Yr Exp,mohali)

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assign and dispatch drivers and vehicles based on delivery schedules and customer requirements.
- Monitor routes and shipments to ensure timely deliveries and optimize efficiency.
- Communicate with drivers, providing instructions and updates on schedules or route changes.
- Track shipments using GPS and dispatch software, ensuring compliance with timelines.
- Handle customer inquiries, updates, and complaints regarding deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch logs, delivery times, and driver performance.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams and suppliers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Resolve any delays, accidents, or issues that may arise during transport.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and transportation laws.
- Prepare reports on delivery performance, fuel usage, and logistics efficiency.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree in logistics is a plus).
- Experience in dispatch, logistics, or transportation coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in using dispatch software, GPS tracking, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent situations.
- Knowledge of transportation laws and safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends or nights if required.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
