**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily **drayage dispatch**, **scheduling, and tracking.**:

- Utilize **active shipper connections** to bring consistent freight.
- Coordinate port/rail container pickups and deliveries.
- Negotiate with carriers for competitive rates.
- Resolve service issues and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **2-3 years’ experience in drayage dispatching**.
- **Active shippers** with consistent freight (mandatory).
- Experience handling **Port of Oakland** operations is a strong plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with TMS/load boards preferred.
