1. Application of shop Act license, Trade license and other License.

2. Handling employee queries either on call or by mail, pertaining to Employee issues regarding PF & ESIC.

3. Coordination with Govt. Authorities for PF and ESIC Inspection and prepare documents well as employee query solving.

4. Processing exit formalities and all accounts of employees like PF settlement, Loans, Death cases, and Transfer in & out via EPFO.

5. Follow-up for monthly PF contribution details with the payroll Team.

6. Updating MIS report weekly / Month wise.

7. Visiting the PF office and ESIC office for any compliance issue or notice of hiring if required.

8. Ensure all compliance payments are done before timeline / into & Damage.

9. Ensure all new joiner PF no / UAN No/ and ESIC no generation within the timeline.

10. Maintaining client compliance records & data.

11. Must have good communication and writing skills.

12. Responsible for preparing PF & ESIC challan as well as contribution calculation / Return.

13. Updating of director's details, Authorized signatory, Company Address, and Authorization Letter.

14. Preparing clarification letter on the basis of rejection received by member / PF Provide.

15. Working on Company APP.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
