**Job Purpose**:
To ensure effective resolution of customer complaints and grievances in compliance with regulatory requirements (such as RBI guidelines), while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and strengthening the NBFC’s commitment to fair practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely acknowledgment and resolution of complaints as per defined timelines and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain grievance redressal logs and prepare monthly/quarterly reports for internal review and regulatory submission.
- Liaise with internal departments (collections, sales, operations, legal, etc.) to investigate and resolve issues.
- Monitor adherence to the NBFC’s grievance redressal policy and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking escalations beyond frontline support.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports to regulatory bodies (e.g., RBI Ombudsman, if applicable).
- Ensure that complaint resolution complies with RBI Fair Practices Code and other relevant NBFC regulations.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and coordinate preventive/corrective action.
- Ensure customer communication is clear, timely, and professional.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree ; MBA or compliance certification is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, grievance redressal, or compliance roles in the financial sector.
- Strong knowledge of NBFC operations and regulatory requirements (especially RBI grievance redressal norms).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
