Experience: Workday Integration and Data Conversion specialist -Minimum 5+ Years Workday experience is must with total of 8+ year of work experience Location: Bangalore/Chennai/Pune Must Work from Office and no Work From Home Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / 30 Days/60 days Certifications Good to have Workday Integration / Prism Certifications Responsibilities: - Create technical design specs perform unit & system Integration test deploy and support of all Workday integrations - Configure and develop technical integrations using Workday Studio Workday RaaS Integrations Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) Complex Calculated Fields Web Services Workday Custom Reports Web Services XSLT and xPath - Collaborate with stakeholders to assess document requirements review design and define functional specifications - Manage Workday Integration analysis system configurations and deployment to production - Monitor and maintain interfaces between Workday and internal/external vendors - Participate in Workday semi-yearly release reviews and testing by identifying impact/enhancement opportunities associated with new release features/functionality - Provide production support for incident management and integration monitoring as needed. - Manage configuration and regression testing for Workday releases - Actively participate in Workday Community (including User Groups) to identify any problems/solutions with current configurations. - Should Lead Teams and provide guidance and directions to the team and have hands on experience - Effective contributor for RFPS and Solutioning work Technical skills: - Experience on Workday Integration expert knowledge on Studio integrations Core Connectors EIBs PECI PICOF Custom Reports calculated fields XSLTs etc. - Develop Integration Systems using EIB Core Connectors and Workday Studio. - Develop PECI/PICOF integrations using Payroll Interface and Studio. - Hands on experience on web technologies such as XML XSLT and Web Services. - Having knowledge on Integration Security ERP HCM Payroll and Benefit domains. - Good knowledge of HCM Compensation Benefits Recruiting Talent Management Time Tracking Absence Management Security Administration and Business Process Configuration - Strong working knowledge of BIRT preferred - Package connectors knowledge - Knowledge on Prism / Adaptive Insight and Workday Extend - Understanding of Integration Architecture and work experience in working with middle ware - Should be exposed to client facing roles with upscaled communication skill - Aware of the support and ticketing process - Workday Release Management - Design thinker and willing to work as individual contributor as well as in teams - Need strong Data conversion experience to independently design execute Data conversions and migrations from Legacy to Workday systems.
