Any of the following - Core HR/Compensation/Absense/Time Tracking/Learning/Talent /Payroll Interface on Workday Roles and Responsibilities: ? Should have good knowledge and experience on one or more Modules such as Core HR/Compensation/Absense/Time Tracking/Learning/Talent /Payroll Interface on Workday ? Should assist clients in the design implementation and support of the Workday HCM application ? Should engages with 3rd party vendors ? Should participate in client meetings to communicate status or give demos ? Should demonstrate the ability to manage project scope and client expectations ? Should be responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative functional approaches when necessary ? Should have experience and ability to translate business requirements to system configuration ? Should have experience in developing functional business integration requirements ? Should demonstrate the ability to follow-through on assignments and issue resolution ? Must have strong end to end Workday Implementation experience ? Should have experience in any of the following project types Implementation/Support/Data Conversion/Global rollouts in Workday HCM ? Customer connect experience with good communication and ability to work with Customers and leading the project from the beginning ? Implementing configuring and supporting Workday HCM for global rollouts and specialise in Recruitment/Absence ? Experience on configuring various business processes (End to end config experience for at least one module). ? Expertise Workday security domain and maintaining security on business processes ? Data Migration Planning Execution and validation ? Setting up staffing models jobs and positions grades and comp plans ? ? Should have experience on Tenant Management. ? Need to work with various stake holders such as Business leaders Integration experts and conversion leads. ? Creating and loading EIB for mass updates on business processes like hires terminations organization changes position job requisition creation and change job ? Working Knowledge on iLoad?s and other tools used to load data?s in Workday ? Solid experience in Workday HCM support engagements. ? Good to have Exposure to GDPR requirements ? Awareness of latest Workday tools such as Prism Preferred Skills: ? 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience in and strong functional knowledge in various HCM domains like - Core HR/Compensation/Absense/Time Tracking/Learning/Talent /Payroll Interface on Workday ? Excellent communication skills oral and written and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration ? Requires skillful project execution experience and knowledge ? Should have experience with full software development Professional Certification preferred: ? Workday HCM Core ?
