**Goals**
- **E**nsure Customer Delight Factor
- Plan and Lead team members to achieve the No1 / Bench mark in CSI & SSI (All India Ranking by JD Power).
- Ensure Toyota Standards are maintained.
- Ensure overall responsibility of Customers Complaint resolutions with in the specified time.
- Use CR activities as tool for better improvement
- Liasoning with related dealer departments on critical issues
- Monitor & over see all the direct mailers to customers (All 3S Depts.)
- Monitor Expense Control

**Main Tasks**
- Plan, Organize, Lead with all departments and Co-ordinate on customer concerns
- Strategic planning for improvement of customer delight factor levels
- Development and implementation of CR Training (In-house) to all the CR team members
- Co-ordinate with TKM on all CR activities. (VOC updating in time every time)
- To monitor & maintain Satisfaction level of customer especially after a Repeat job (Repeat Repair Jobs).
- Monitor Customer Sales & After Sales Service Satisfaction Tracker Report
- Monitor customer’s satisfaction reports and trends.
- Share customer satisfaction information with all other departments
- Development of Innovative Offers for Customer
- Maintain Coordination with all departments through regular meetings
- Carry out Yearly Staff Performance Appraisals.
- Establish Performance & Customer Satisfaction based Incentive Scheme

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,500.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
