**Responsibilities**:
Maintains the company’s daily recruitment activities to ensure that all positions are filled with appropriate quality employees within a given time frame.
Collaborates with scheduling, credentialing, enrollment & payroll functions to plan and implement strategies.
Places web advertising for recruitment needs, and updates on a weekly basis.
Develop and maintain a strong partnership with business partners that include External staffing agencies, Payroll department and HR department.
Collaborate with Leadership and HR Manager throughout recruiting including but not limited to maintaining a accurate job descriptions, understanding the need for the role in the overall organization structure, identifying type of talent suitable for the role, extending offers, coordinating and assisting with pre-boarding (background checks, credentialing, new hire set up and scheduling of new hire orientation), coordinating new hire orientation and ensuring company onboarding processes and procedures are followed for consistent new hire experience.
Demonstrate and adhere to our commitment to the recruitment of a collaborative and diverse workforce.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines and requirements.
Other duties as assigned.

**Shift timings**:
Night Shift 8:30 pm to 5:30 am IST (8 am to 5pm Mountain Standard Time)

**Experience Required**:
1-2 year of experience in recruitment
Strong written and verbal communication skills in english
Hands on experience with the US based job portals
Ability to organize information from several sources and keep it in a database
Self-motivated and able to work in a group

**Preferred Experience**:
Knowledge of medical specialties, opportunities, and qualifications.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
