**Brief description of Job**:
The Inventory Control Executive will oversee the activities of the inventory stores right from receiving, storing, preserving and issuing of raw materials to the Production & Engineering teams as well as receiving, storing, preserving finished and semi-finished goods at AUS.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and review all activities pertaining to the Inventory Store of AUS
- Maintain and update the material transactions
- Issue of Materials, as per the requisitions
- Ensure that all the materials are stored after incoming inspection by the quality team.
- Regular stock audits and quantity and quality monitoring of materials available in the store.
- Reporting of shortage of materials or excessive stocks
- Assist the procurement team in purchase process as and when required
- Coordinate with procurement team and assist in shipment tracking
- Maintain best practices of material storage like FIFO
- Ensure 5S is maintained where materials are kept.

**Desired Skills**:

- 1-4 years of experience in Inventory store management in manufacturing companies( Automotive, Aerospace, Electronics).
- Good knowledge of supply chain management activities
- Attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Work experience with ERP (any) is a plus
