**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a Accounts Associate to join our finance team. The role will involve handling day-to-day accounting tasks, with a focus on compliance related to TDS, GST, and other statutory requirements in the real estate sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries.
- Assist in TDS calculations, deductions, and filings.
- Work on GST input/output reconciliation and returns.
- Support vendor payments, invoices, and expense management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with basic accounting and taxation norms.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting (preferably real estate or related industry).
- Working knowledge of TDS & GST.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
