Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Associate (Payable & Receivable) based in Pune. The Accounts Associate will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing invoices, monitoring payments, and preparing financial reports. Daily tasks include reconciling account statements, communicating with clients and vendors regarding payment discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with standard accounting practices. The role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain organized financial records.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities for maintaining effective relationships with clients and vendors
  • GST, TDS & ITR filing
  • Excellent Analytical Skills and Account Management expertise for financial statement reconciliation and report generation
  • Clear and effective Communication skills for conveying financial information and resolving discrepancies
  • Proficiency with accounting software and tools, and a solid understanding of financial principles
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Prior experience in accounts payable and receivable tasks is highly preferred
