**Job Title**: Dialysis Unit In-Charge

**Location**: Manjappara, Kollam

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Dialysis Unit In-Charge with a BSc in Dialysis Technology and at least 5 years of experience. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the dialysis unit, ensuring high-quality patient care, managing staff, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with medical standards and protocols.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision & Management**: Oversee daily operations of the dialysis unit, ensuring smooth and efficient patient care.
- **Patient Care**: Monitor patient progress, ensure safe dialysis treatments, and address any concerns or complications during treatment.
- **Staff Management**: Supervise and train dialysis technicians and nurses, ensuring they follow proper protocols and maintain high standards of patient care.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Ensure dialysis machines and related equipment are properly maintained, calibrated, and in good working condition.
- **Quality Control & Compliance**: Ensure adherence to healthcare standards, protocols, and regulations related to dialysis procedures.
- **Inventory Management**: Manage the inventory of dialysis supplies, ensuring availability and proper storage.

**Qualifications**:

- BSc in Dialysis Technology.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
