**Job Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Unit Operations Management** - Oversee daily functioning of the dialysis unit, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to protocols.
- **Patient Care Supervision** - Monitor patient treatment schedules, clinical parameters, and post-dialysis care, ensuring high standards of safety and hygiene.
- **Team Supervision & Training** - Lead and guide dialysis technicians, nurses, and support staff; provide continuous training on procedures and infection control.
- **Resource Management** - Maintain adequate stock of dialysis supplies, consumables, and medicines; coordinate with procurement.
- **Quality & Compliance** - Ensure adherence to NABH guidelines, infection control protocols, and biomedical waste management norms.
- **Coordination with Physicians** - Liaise with nephrologists and other doctors for patient treatment plans and clinical updates.
- **Equipment Maintenance Oversight** - Ensure dialysis machines and water treatment systems are functioning optimally; coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
- **Emergency Handling** - Respond promptly to patient emergencies during dialysis sessions.
- **Record Keeping & Reporting** - Maintain accurate patient records, treatment logs, and submit periodic reports to management.
- **Patient Education** - Guide patients and caregivers on diet, medication adherence, and home care post-dialysis.
