**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist customers at the F&B counter with a positive attitude.
- Handle customer queries, orders, and complaints courteously and efficiently.
- Ensure timely service and maintain cleanliness at the counter.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth order management.
- Promote new menu items or offers to customers.
- Maintain billing accuracy and cash/card transaction records.
- Follow airport and company hygiene & safety protocols.
- Provide a delightful dining and service experience to every customer.

**Required Skills & Qualities**:

- Fluent in **English communication** (Hindi and regional language added advantage).
- Smart, confident, and well-groomed personality.
- Excellent customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS / billing system preferred.
- Flexibility to work in **rotational shifts**, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
