**Role Overview**
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Sales Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with leads generated through various channels and convert them into long-term clients. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a keen interest in financial markets.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Lead Conversion**:
Build trust and effectively communicate the value of our investment and trading consultancy services.
**Client Relationship Management**:
Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their investment goals.
Provide ongoing support to maintain and enhance client satisfaction.
**Sales Strategy Execution**:
Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective sales strategies.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
**Market Awareness**:
Stay updated on the latest trends in the investment and trading industry.
Educate clients about SEBI guidelines and compliance as part of our services.
**Reporting & Analysis**:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Generate reports and insights to improve sales processes.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relations (preferably in the finance or consultancy domain).
- Strong understanding of financial markets and trading is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
