**About the Role**:
NIEM Patna is seeking a motivated and articulate **Telesales Executive & Academic Counselor** to handle student inquiries, follow up on sales leads, and assist with admission-related operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has a flair for sales, and is detail-oriented in managing academic processes.
**Key Responsibilities:1. Telesales & Lead Conversion**
- Make outbound calls to leads generated through online/offline campaigns.
- Counsel prospective students about NIEM courses, career opportunities, and admission process.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads and maintain conversion pipelines.
- Maintain records of interactions using CRM or lead tracking tools.
**2. Academic Counseling**
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses (DE/PGDE).
- Address queries related to classes, fees, scholarships, exams, and placements.
**3. Operational Support**
- Assist in admissions paperwork and student onboarding.
- Help in classroom coordination, batch updates, and routine student communication.
- Coordinate with faculty for scheduling lectures and resolving student concerns.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills in **Hindi and English**.
- Good convincing power and ability to handle objections.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets.
- Punctual, organized, and team-oriented.
- Experience in the education or training sector is a plus.
