**Be Body Wise** is an online women’s elective health platform, serving 4M+ women every year by providing personalized solutions and doctor consults across concerns for hair health, body care, sleep, and nutrition.

**Little Joys** is an online health platform for kids, helping 2M+ parents every year solve for their child’s physical, mental, and emotional development by offering age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, bone health with access to expert doctors and nutritionists.

**_ Key Responsibilities:_**
- Implement and manage Facebook advertising campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
- Perform A/B testing to identify the most effective ad creatives and strategies.
- Manage budgets, allocate spending, and optimize bids to ensure cost-effective results.
- Collaborate with the category team to produce insight oriented ad content.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

**_ Qualifications:_**
- Proven experience on Facebook Performance Marketing
- Knowledge of the Facebook Ads platform, including ad formats, targeting options, and bidding strategies.
- Comfortable working with data
- Attention to detail
- Collaborative
- **Fresher’s are welcome. (Should have done Digital Marketing course and has an intent to learn & Grow)
