**Key Result Areas - Cordless FSR**
- Promote cordless to Trade and FSR’s Users - Visits, Demo/ Trial, User Meets and Road shows (Exclusive for cordless).
- Planned User drives - Targeted Segment.
- Execute Cordless Market initiatives in the designated area.
- Create Bosch Cordless Awareness among sub dealers and C and D class dealers.
- Achieve Cordless monthly sales Qty / Value to users as per targets.
- To visit a minimum 8-9 customer visit per day and generate leads.
- FSR can even on-board new dealers for Cordless tools Sales.
- FSR’s to do maximum conversion of sales.
- FSR’s to closely work with their respective ASM’s.

Education : ( Any Graduate and Sales Attitude)

Regions : (Madurai ,Kolkata ,Gurgaon ,Hyderabad ,Vijayawada ,Ghaziabad ,Surat ,Ludhiana)

**Key Result Areas - SME**

„ Sales acumen & extrovert personality.

„ Visit 6-8 SMEs daily in industrial clusters. (Intensive travel).

„ Conduct demos/ trials independently & document all trial reports.

„ On ground competition tracking, deep market study of competition products / sales pitch & conversion to Bosch.

„ Solve user queries with agility.

„ Submit daily / Weekly visit report in prescribed format to the manager.

„ Generate Enquiries leading to conversion into Sales & maintain Tracker.

„ Achieve Sales targets.

Education : (Engineering Background / diploma / mechanical and Sales Experience)
Regions : (Bangalore ,Hyderabad ,Vizag ,Pune ,Delhi ,Ahmedabad ,Surat ,Baroda ,Mumbai ,Chennai)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
