Job Responsibilities:
- 1) Online and Offline Tendering process.

2) Coordination/ Interaction with online Tender sites on daily basis for enquiries.

3) Making offers and submission to clients. Online and Offline.

4) Follow-up of offers with clients.

5) Partial technical discussion with clients.

6) Vendor registration

7) Making of AUTO CAD drawing

8) Registration with Authorities - ISO, MJP, MIDC etc as on required

9) Sales and Purchase co-ordination and all work related to sales department.

10) Making of Quotations, Purchase Invoice, Purchase orders and Sales related

papers in Sleek Bills and maintaining the records

11) Accounts related data to be maintained.

12) Follow-up with vendors for material.

13) Follow-up with clients for payments

14) Attending client complaints

15) Maintaining records of material and funds

16) E- way bill entry as on required and Making of Challans (Transport papers)

17) Handling petty cash and maintaining record of expenses.

18) Coordination/ Arranging for transport of material - Truck / Courier etc

19) Administrative support in Manufacturing process.

20) Should have good communication skills - Proficiency in English Speaking,

Reading and writing.

Educational Qualification:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical engineering with 1-2 years’ experience.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
