- 20,000 To 25,000 Per Month

Education:

- Diploma / Any Graduate

Experience:

- Total Experience : 3 Years in sales Field
- Minimum Experience : 1 Year of Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer support environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:Assist the sales team in preparing and organizing sales documentation, proposals, and contracts. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Communication and Coordination**:Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other internal departments to ensure timely and accurate information flow.

Communicate with clients to gather necessary information, provide updates, and address inquiries. Coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- **Order Processing**:Process and track sales orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the logistics and inventory teams to manage product availability and shipping schedules.
- **Customer Support**:Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing information, and order status updates.

Handle customer complaints or concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
- **Sales Team Support**:Provide administrative support to the sales team, including travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other logístical support.

Assist in the organization and execution of sales events, conferences, and trade shows.

**Other Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi.
