**Salary**: Up to ₹6 LPA (Based on experience and performance)

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated **Academic Counselor** to join our team. As a key point of contact for prospective students, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on our academic programs, understanding student needs, and driving enrollments. This is a **remote night shift** role suited for individuals with strong **sales experience**, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
- Provide timely and accurate information to students regarding programs, admissions, and other queries.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience in sales** or academic counseling.
- **Bachelor’s degree** in any field (mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written **communication skills** in English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Comfortable working **night shifts** aligned with U.S. time zones.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in EdTech or the education industry.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines.
