**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the identification, grading, and analysis of gemstones using gemological equipment.
- Support the documentation of gemstone characteristics, including color, clarity, cut, and carat weight.
- Conduct basic laboratory tests and maintain accurate records of findings.
- Ensure proper handling and organization of gemstones in the lab.
- Collaborate with the gemology team to support ongoing research or special projects.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lab workspace.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Gemology or related field.
- Basic understanding of gemstones and their properties.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Familiarity with gemological tools and software is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
