**Job Title**: Customer Support Associate (International Process)
**Location**: Jaipur - Mansarovar

**Job Overview**

We are hiring an **AR/AP Reconciliation Specialist** for an international process. This role focuses on financial reconciliation, ensuring accuracy of accounts and payment records, while working in a structured corporate environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review provided lists of **bo_tokens** with outstanding balances.
- Confirm outstanding balances in the admin portal.
- Determine whether each token is **AR (Accounts Receivable)** or **AP (Accounts Payable)**.
- For AR tokens: Review related **retailer invoices**.
- For AP tokens: Review associated **brand payouts**.
- Cross-check records with cash payment entries to verify resolution status.
- Document discrepancies or confirm completion of reconciliation tasks.

**Eligibility**
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
- Minimum **6 months of international BPO experience** (Voice experience preferred).

**Work Details**
- **Role**: Back Office Support Associate
- **Work Type**: Back Office Support
- **Shift**: Rotational
- **Working Days**: 5.5 Days / Week
- **Salary**: ₹27,000 CTC
- **Transport**: Cab facility for females in odd hours & cab allowance of ₹180/day for males.
- **Interview Rounds**: HR → Ops → Typing Test
