**Preferred Experience**: BPO Hospitality(International Hotels ,Resorts) Background **/**Tech Support ( POS Knowledge)/Clinical background / Healthcare / Worked in Health care accounts
- **Only international process experience will be considered**

**Qualification**:

- Graduation / Undergraduation

**Language Proficiency**:
Excellent English Communication (Written & Verbal)

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain records of interactions and follow up when necessary.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service.

**Shifts**:

- **Rotational Shifts**:

- **5.5 Days Working**:

- **Cab facility available**
