**Hiring for a renowned Global Fine Jewellery Brand**:
**Job location: Mumbai (Andheri)**

**Work days: 5 days**

**US Shift**

**Duties And Responsibilities**:

- Empathize with every aspect of the customer experience, putting customers-needs first and continuously enhancing the Customer Service Experience
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the stipulated TAT (turn-around-time)
- Be a voice for customers by identifying customer needs, providing customer insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide solutions for those customers
- Model "Customer 1st" behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service
- Manage appropriate customer follow-up, including corresponding with customers in response to inquiries and/or complaints balancing company and customer interests
- Consult with customers to answer jewelry product or process questions to help them make informed buying decisions
- Handle customer inquiries in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an excellent customer service experience
- Drive Sales and Upselling

**Required Skills**:

- Min 2 years of experience in high-velocity Customer Experience/Customer Delight process
- Diversified exposure in dealing with international customers across the globe is mandatory
- Should possess effective written communication and comprehension skills
- Gems/jewelry knowledge will be given first preference

**Key Requirements**:

- 24*7 Rotational shifts, Rotational offs (No fixed Saturday / Sunday offs)
- 5 days working (with 2 work-offs in a week)
- Manage your own transport - Company will not provide transport or pickup/home-drops
- Graduates Preferred

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Total: 4 years (preferred)
- Diamond Jewellery Industry: 3 years (preferred)
- Upselling: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (required)
