**JD -Pricing and RFQ bidding.**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Responsible for negotiating with MLO’s/NVOCC’s to ensure that we have in market rates.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating tariffs for major trade lanes.
- Liaise with Shipping Lines, Overseas Counterparts & Other Brokers to ensure competitive pricing is sourced and fed in the system.
- Maintain and develop excellent vendor relationship with an objective of most competitive pricing available.
- Monitor and report key performance parameters to ensure the department is running as efficiently as possible.
- Carryout MBR/QBRs for critical customers
- Work with commercial team on improving processes, procedures to heighten productivity, timeliness and quality.
- Ensure effective communication with commercial teams on any opportunities, challenges and alternative options for improved pricing strategies.
- Ensure RFQ’s are attended and bid on time

**Competencies**:

- 3+ years of relevant industry experience (EXIM)
- Should have demonstrated the ability to handle pricing for large volumes
- Excellent relationship with vendors
- Technology savvy with digital mindset
- Good communication skills

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Pricing & RFQ bidding: 3 years (required)
