**JD: Junior Performance Marketer**Assist in developing and executing performance marketing campaigns (PPC, social media ads, etc.)- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies- Manage campaign budgets and ensure adherence to spending limits- Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for optimization- Analyze data and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing- Create compelling ad copy and landing pages (may vary depending on the company)- Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy- Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.- Monitoring and Optimizing the Campaign for better performance.- Basic knowledge about Marketing tools.
