**Junior Digital Marketing Executive - Job Description**

Nexconz is looking for a digital marketing executive who has good knowledge in SEO, SMO, and managing the keyword ranking position of the websites in search engines.

**NOTE**:

- It’s a full-time role.
- The system will be provided by Nexconz.
- Flexibility in terms of dynamic work timings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, develop, and execute SEO off-page activities.
- Work independently and collaboratively with a senior person to develop, and optimize strategies that would increase the website keyword ranking results.
- Research competitor analysis for both on-page and off-page.
- Create marketing content such as images, PPT, PDF, infographics, articles, etc for social media and SEO off-page activities.
- Work towards organic results and return on investment (ROI) maximization.
- Recommend changes to the website architecture, content, internal linking, and other factors to achieve keyword positioning in the search engine.
- Collaborate with others in the marketing team to share knowledge and help overcome challenges.
- Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Seach Console.

**Requirements**:

- Any bachelor's degree.
- Perform competitor analysis and keyword research activities.
- Certifications in digital marketing are considered an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have basic knowledge of HTML, and CSS.
- Stay up to date with the latest Google algorithm trends.
- Experience in handling SEO and marketing tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and any other free tools.
- Have good knowledge of using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and Google Search Console (Google Webmaster).
- Ability to craft and repurpose the content on various platforms depending on the requirements.
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
