
Receptionist/administrative Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Manage appointment scheduling and office calendars
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Assist with invoicing, reporting, and office supply management
- Support other departments with administrative duties as needed
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in reception or administrative roles preferred (Fresher can Apply)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
