**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a friendly and organized **Receptionist** to be the first point of contact at our café. The role involves welcoming guests, managing reservations, handling customer queries, and assisting in the smooth running of front-desk operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm and professional attitude.
- Manage table reservations, waiting lists, and seating arrangements.
- Answer phone calls, take bookings, and respond to customer inquiries.
- Assist customers with menu information, daily specials, and café services.
- Maintain the reception/front desk area neat and presentable.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure excellent guest experience.
- Handle basic billing, payment assistance, or order coordination if required.
- Address customer feedback and escalate issues to the manager when needed.
- Support café promotions, events, and customer engagement activities.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience as a receptionist, front office associate, or customer service role (hospitality or café experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / POS systems).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality diploma preferred).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
