**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused **Café Supervisor** to oversee daily operations of the café. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the café manager in smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate service and barista staff to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Assist in scheduling shifts, delegating tasks, and managing staff performance.
- Oversee cash handling, billing accuracy, and basic inventory checks.
- Support stock management, ordering supplies, and minimizing wastage.
- Ensure the café maintains a clean, welcoming, and organized environment.
- Report to the Café Manager and assist in implementing promotional activities.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a café/restaurant supervisory role (minimum 1-2 years).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of café operations, POS systems, and basic inventory control.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced service.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality/Management degree preferred).
