
Export Sales Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle international customer inquiries and provide timely quotations, product information, and order confirmations.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure timely execution of export orders.
- Prepare and manage export documentation including proforma invoices, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other necessary shipping documents.
- Maintain up-to-date records of export shipments, sales data, and customer communications.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, CHA (Custom House Agents), and other logistic partners for shipment planning, booking, and execution.
- Track shipments and update customers regarding delivery status and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation norms, and company policies.
- Assist in international tender documentation and participation procedures, if required.
- Coordinate with accounts for payment follow-ups, LC (Letter of Credit) documentation, and payment realization status.
- Support the Export Sales Manager with sales reporting, market research, and customer database management.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong knowledge of **export procedures, documentation, and incoterms.**:
- Experience in handling **pharma machine or capital goods exports** is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple international clients and shipments simultaneously.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
