**Job Summary for Legal Executive**

Key Responsibilities:
Ø Represent and coordinate with the Attorney on board to handle all legal cases and proceedings pending at various Courts, Tribunals, authorities, etc., and maintain proper records and filing of all documents relating to all legal cases.

Ø Draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, pleadings, legal notices for recovery and correspondence to banks/departments with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Ø Represent the company before various Courts, Departments / Offices within or outside the State.

Ø Undertake registration of various sale deeds, mortgage deeds, lease deeds and other contracts and agreements on behalf of the Company before the appropriate Sub-Registrar.

Ø Collaborate with the Company secretary to complete all compliances as per the Companies Act and prepare Board resolutions as per the Company’s requirements and maintain proper files and records for the same.

Ø Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal matters, including case law, statutes, and regulations.

Ø Manage and maintain legal files, records, and databases, ensuring proper organization and confidentiality.

Ø Roles and responsibilities might change as per the business and Company’s requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Executive or in a similar legal support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strict adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards.

Strong time management and multitasking skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
