**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products/services to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and impactful marketing campaigns across various channels.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify areas for growth and improvement.
Negotiate and close sales deals with clients to achieve sales quotas and targets.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales and marketing activities to the management team.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales and marketing.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
