**Job Description**:
We are looking forward to welcome you as Principal with focus on the Automotive sector.

As a Principal you are a member of the management team of Roland Berger India. You establish and develop business activities in your area of expertise and generate trustful and sustainable relationships. In your role, you closely monitor relevant market trends, develop new approaches / methodologies and translate them into impactful business strategies. You responsibly drive, oversee and manage the delivery of value creating consulting mandates. As a trustworthy mentor, you build and develop a dedicated team, help people to grow within the firm, thus ensuring Roland Berger's long-term success. For the role of Principal, you:

- Manage client projects with primary responsibility for client satisfaction, team excellence, and delivery on time and according to budget
- Manage day to day client relations and build long-term relationships with clients
- Support lead generation and project acquisition with proposal preparation and presentation
- Structure the problem-solving process and develop project schedules, assign work to team members
- Provide topical expertise and intellectual leadership to project teams
- Develop intellectual capital in targeted areas as part of our thought leadership initiatives
- Contribute to the development and management of the practice through involvement in, for example, recruitment, training and marketing

**Qualifications**:

- You have **minimum seven years' experience in total and at least five years of strategy consulting experience** in a top-tier management consulting firm
- As an empathic leadership personality, you can rely on sustainable business network and have an excellent track record in successfully acquiring consulting mandates and creating value for clients based on strong industrial/functional expertise and with innovative products
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and the passion to develop people
